6-Week Summer Strength & Fat Loss Program
This 6-week online program is designed to help you lose body fat, build strength, and improve consistency through a structured, results-driven approach. Enrollment is limited to 12 participants to ensure a high level of coaching, support, and accountability.
Program Structure
Weekly 60-minute live coaching sessions are held via Google Meet. Each session includes guidance, support, and coaching tools to help you navigate both the successes and challenges of the program. All sessions are recorded for your convenience.

Live Sessions: Wednesdays at 3:00 PM (Pacific) / 6:00 PM (Eastern)

Equipment
Workouts are designed for home or gym with minimal equipment:
8–10 lb dumbbells
resistance band
exercise ball
over-the-door pull-up bar
Cardio can be completed outdoors or with optional equipment.

Participants can expect to lose fat, build strength, and develop sustainable habits, with the added opportunity to earn prizes based on consistency and progress.
