My metabolism had slowed dramatically, and despite maintaining an active lifestyle, I experienced unexpected weight gain and declining energy. This challenge became the catalyst for a deep, personal commitment—to understand the science of sustainable fat loss and to restore my own health and vitality.
Fueled by determination, I immersed myself in advanced fitness and nutrition education, and to push my limits, I entered a fitness competition. In just 12 weeks, I reduced my body fat by half, dropped three pant sizes, and stood confidently on stage—proof that transformation is possible at any stage of life. That defining moment ignited my passion for empowering other women to achieve their own breakthroughs.
I transitioned from a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Nutritionist, and Certified Health Coach, later earning my Behavior Change Specialist certification and Yoga Instructor certification. Over nearly two decades, I’ve combined science-based strategies with proven coaching methods to help thousands of women achieve lasting results—whether that means shedding stubborn fat, rebuilding strength, or regaining confidence after 40.
