The 12 week private transformation program is designed for reaching your ultimate health and fitness goals. The objective is to completely transform your body—lose a lot of fat and inches, while building muscle and strength. This program is customized for you—receive weekly meal plans, workouts, goal tracking and measuring, as well as lots of lifestyle coaching. We will thoroughly discuss your equipment needs and you can choose to work out at home or at the gym. Typical results yield a 20-40 pounds fat-loss, a decrease of 2-3 pant sizes, and increased muscle definition.
